Our payment structure is based on a subscription model, either monthly or annually. This policy outlines the guidelines for cancellations and refunds.
Cancellation Policy
Monthly Subscription
If you are subscribed to our monthly plan, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Once the billing cycle ends, access to InsightAI will be revoked and no further charges will be applied.
How to Cancel:
You can cancel your subscription through your account on our platform or by contacting our support team at [email protected]. A confirmation email will be sent once cancellation is processed.
Annual Subscription
Annual subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Access to InsightAI will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

Cancellation requests for annual plans can be submitted by emailing [email protected]. A confirmation email will be provided upon successful request.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our services, refunds are governed by the following conditions:
Monthly Subscription Refunds
Refunds are not available for monthly subscriptions once payment has been processed. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing cycle after cancellation.
Annual Subscription Refunds
If an annual subscription is cancelled within 30 days of the payment date, you may be eligible for a partial refund calculated on a pro-rata basis.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after 30 days from the payment date.
No Refunds on Special Offers
Subscriptions purchased under special offers, promotions, or discounts are not eligible for refunds.
